What we do together
Sacred Threshold is a relational, somatic container held over eight weeks.
We meet weekly to slow down, listen deeply, and support what is shifting in your body, heart, and life. This is not about fixing or pushing change—it’s about creating enough safety for what’s emerging to take root.
Sessions are intuitive, grounded, and guided by what’s alive in the moment.
The container:
8 weekly one-on-one session (60-75min)
Held with care, confidentiality, and consistency
Sessions are in person (ask for options In Twin Cities, MN area) or online via Zoom
Text and/or voice note support
Personalized tools, meditations, and integration practices for between sessions
A closing session to support integration and transition

Emily Johnson, RN-MSN, RYT – Somatic and energy healing guide, nurse, sacred space holder, inner work midwife.
I work as a guide and companion for people moving through life transitions—moments when something old is releasing and something new is beginning to take shape.
My work is rooted in somatic awareness, relational presence, and deep respect for the body’s timing and wisdom. I believe meaningful change happens not through force, but through being met and supported at the threshold.
As a mother myself, I hold particular care for women preparing to step into motherhood and the inner shifts and vision that begin long before pregnancy.

Sacred Threshold is offered on an equitable pricing model:
$1800—Supported—For those who would have difficulty saving for this container within 6-12 months
$2800—Sustaining—For those with stable access to resources and the ability to meet needs and save gradually
$3800—Resourced—For those with abundant or inherited resources and greater financial flexibility, and who wish to support wider access to this work.
